This Consolidated Management Report refers to the Consolidated Financial Statements, which were prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as mandated by Section 245a (1) of the Austrian Commercial Code (Unternehmensgesetzbuch – UGB).

Revenue by divisions: Revenue is allocated to the divisions as follows: 37% Steel; 18% High Performance Metals; 26% Metal Engineering; 19% Metal Forming (pie chart)

Revenue by industries: Revenue is allocated across the following sectors: 30% Automotive; 10% Construction; 8% Mechanical engineering; 4% Aerospace; 15% Railway systems; 16% Energy; 4% White goods/Consumer goods; 13% Other (pie chart)

Revenue by regions: Revenue is allocated to the following regions: 65% European Union (of which 7% is Austria); 3% South America; 14% USMCA; 9% Asia; 10% Rest of the World (pie chart)
