At present, there are no women on the Management Board of voestalpine AG. The members of the Management Board are between 54 and 65 years of age and possess a variety of educational credentials (primarily in technical fields) along with wide-ranging professional and international management experience. The shareholder representatives on the Supervisory Board are elected by the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the applicable statutory framework. At this time, the Supervisory Board includes four women and one non-Austrian national.
