In April 2019, voestalpine AG successfully placed a EUR 500 million corporate bond issue with a coupon of 1.75% in the capital market for general corporate funding purposes. The value date and start of official trading of the seven-year bond (ISIN AT0000A27LQ1) was April 10, 2019.

Hybrid bond 2013

On September 9, 2019, the Management Board of voestalpine AG resolved to redeem the EUR 500 million hybrid bond issued in 2013 (ISIN AT0000A0ZHF1) in full pursuant to Section 5 (2) of the Bond Conditions effective as of the bond’s first possible call date, specifically, October 31, 2019 (redemption date).
