As a reliable partner, voestalpine not only takes ownership of the challenges facing its customers, but also is fully aware of its particular responsibilities in its dealings with customers, suppliers, and other business partners as well as with its employees and shareholders. Consequently, in all of their professional actions and decisions both the executive and the non-executive personnel must comply with all statutory and other external requirements as well as with all internal rules and regulations applicable to voestalpine AG and its Group companies. This understanding is expressed in the Code of Conduct of voestalpine AG, which provides the basis for the morally, ethically, and legally sound conduct of all of the Group’s employees. The Management Board explicitly and emphatically commits to both this Code of Conduct and a zero-tolerance policy toward violations thereof.
