29. Events after the reporting period

The capital increase decided by the Management Board on March 9, 2015, and approved by the Supervisory Board on March 26, 2015, in the amount of 2.5 million shares was entered into the Commercial Register on April 25, 2015 and is therefore effective as of this date.

In early April 2015, control was assumed of the companies voestalpine Tubulars GmbH & Co KG and CNTT Chinese New Turnout Technologies Co., Ltd. Ltd., which had previously been under joint control. Consequently, these companies will be fully consolidated from business year 2015/16. Information on the cited changes is presented under Chapter F. Acquisitions after the reporting period.
