As a reliable partner, the Group takes ownership of the challenges facing its customers, and is conscious of its particular responsibility in dealing with customers, suppliers and other business partners, as well as with its employees and shareholders. Consequently, it is expected that the management and employees adhere to all statutory and other external provisions as well as all internal guidelines applicable to voestalpine AG and its group companies while engaged in business and the process of decision-making. This understanding is expressed in the Code of Conduct of voestalpine AG which provides the basis for morally, ethically, and legally sound conduct by all employees of the Group. The Management Board explicitly and emphatically commits to upholding this Code of Conduct and a zero-tolerance approach toward violations thereof.
