Both voestalpine management and the CR Steering Committee cultivate an intensive dialogue with everyone in the company who is in contact with stakeholders.
Headed by the reporting team, a matrix of the relevant CR topics was generated using an analysis of these contacts and of the described stakeholder communication. This materiality matrix provided the focal points for this report. A systematization of stakeholder communications is planned in the future; this will also include preparation of the matrix as a direct participatory process.
