Environmentally speaking, our Sustainability Strategy focuses on lowering CO2 emissions, conserving resources, and implementing the circular economy. The aim is to bring about climate-neutral steel production by 2050. Life cycle assessments (LCAs), the digital transformation, sustainable products, and expanded material and energy cycles help us achieve our goals regarding resource conservation and the circular economy. This requires intensive research and development (R&D) work.
